There are proposed US psychiatric control wristbands, are they being tested on animals, such as orangutans, or monkeys? Without their permission, just like the use on humans who no doubt do not want to become tagged and monitored. This is the purpose of the US wristbands. To control people and monitor their psychiatric medication intake. If they do not take their medication, then the wristband somehow picks that information up and they most probably are given involuntary injection, or psychiatric treatment in a ward. And there is, apparently, an entire new team of medication enforcers being planned.
I can recall reading the information that there are plans afoot to have a medication monitoring wristband, from a private forum I am part of. It is called Democratic Underground.
